Each dealer sets their own return policies, which can be viewed by clicking on the Dealer Policies link under an item's description. To return an item you must contact the dealer directly.
The Seller shall allow a Buyer not less than 24 hours once an item is received to contact the Seller regarding a return and not less than three (3) business days for them to package and ship the item back to the Seller. If the Seller wishes to allow them more time, they may do so by stating this information in their return policy. Any restocking fee must be outlined here. In the event of a chargeback, the Seller should contact the Buyer to see if there was a problem with the purchase and work with them to rectify the situation.
