You will receive email notification for all items that you have won at GoAntiques' Live Auctions. A separate email will be sent for each item that you have won. These emails will contain the item information including the winning bid and buyer premium.

1. Log into your Buyer account at www.goantiques.com. We have created an account for you and you should have received a confirmation email. If you don't remember your password, click here to retrieve your password.

2. Scroll down to the Live Auction Bids section and click the Pending Live Auction Purchases link.

3. On the resulting page you will see all of the items you have won.

4. Items with a status of Choose Payment Method have had additional fees assigned by the Seller and are ready to be paid for. Click the Choose Payment Method link.

5. On the resulting page you will see all of the transaction detail information. In the Transaction Control Panel you will be able to view the charges and assigned fees.

6. In Step 1 you will verify your shipping address. The default shipping address will be displayed here. If you wish to use a different shipping address click the Update Address button. The resulting page will allow you to select a previously entered shipping address or add a new address. Once you have done this click the Submit Address Proceed to Step 4 button.

7. In Step 2 you will select your payment method. The payment methods accepted by the seller are listed. If you have multiple items from the same Seller that are awaiting payment you can select to use the same payment method for all of these transactions. To assign the same payment method for multiple purchases from the same Seller:

a. Select one of the payment methods and click the Approve button.
b. On the resulting page you will see the number of items from this dealer that you have Awaiting Payment. The transactions will be listed with all of the information.
c. Check the check box for each transaction you wish to pay for using the selected payment method from the previous screen.
d. Once you have checked all of the transactions that you wish to pay for using the selected payment method click the Submit button. A verification page wil appear asking you to verify that you do want to use that payment method for all checked transactions for that Seller. Click the Submit Payment Method button to submit the payment method.

The seller will receive email notification that you have accepted the additional fees. If you have selected credit card as your payment method the seller will be able to view your credit card information and complete the transaction. If you have selected a different payment method the seller will need to receive the payment before the transaction can be completed. Once the transaction is complete the seller will ship your item(s).
